These terms apply to voltrunnerev.com, our waitlist, newsletter and forms. They are an agreement between you and Volt Runner EV LLC ("VoltRunner EV", "we"). Memberships and charging services are covered by our membership terms, which you'll see and agree to before you pay for anything.
Using the site
- You must be at least 18 to join the waitlist or become a member.
- Give accurate information, and only submit information about yourself or people who have agreed to it.
- Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale or send spam through its forms.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It also doesn't guarantee service, a launch date, a price or a place in any order. Prices on this site are planned launch prices and may change before memberships open; we'll confirm the final price before you pay.
Our content
The site, our name, logo and content belong to us or our licensors. You can share links and quote short passages with credit. Charging guides on our blog are general information; always follow your vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
Operator interest list
Joining the operator interest list is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, a franchise or business opportunity. Any future offer would be made only in compliance with applicable law.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for claims about the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and changes apply from then on.
